These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cuci1 ("Platform", "we" or "cuci1") in connection with your use of the cuci1.best website and all services, products, and content available therein.

Cuci1 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed exclusively in Malaysian currency (MYR – Malaysian Ringgit):

• Withdrawal processing times are within 2 hours for standard members and under 30 minutes for cuci1 VIP Elite members, during the finance team's operating hours (9 AM – 11 PM). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next session.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, cuci1 reserves the right to forfeit all existing balances, including bonuses. Where closure is requested by the member with no Terms violation involved, any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of a security review.

Cuci1 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure smooth operation, there are limitations of liability that every member should be aware of:

• cuci1 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, device issues, or infrastructure failures beyond our control.
